The hotter it is, the higher the cut. Lawns in our area will typically need to be maintained at 3.5 - 4" height.

Water infrequently and only when needed to help promote deeper roots and less leaf wetness.

Right plant for the right location. From lighting needs to soil preferences, one plant will perform better then others in certain locations, including grass.

Periodic aeration to help de-compact the soil, promote air circulation and moisture uptake.

Manage pest before they get out of control. If you see discoloration, feeding activity or something else that doesn't look right, let us know so we can investigate the situation.

For general seeding, the best time to seed is late summer/early fall. Soil temperatures and natural weather conditions typically will work in your favor that time of year.
